Oct18Oct 18, 2016 - Oct 20, 2016The content of this course befits what we believe and know as being a need to any women no matter who they are, where they’re from, their backgrounds and the challenges they face internally or externally. The aim is work towards self-actualization in the way science has proven to be possible, and we do this through a number of practical applications supported by delivery methodology suited for adult learners. How does that fit with our overall identity? Dealing with internal and cultural conflicts about this. Women have been raised with all types of limiting beliefs, taboos, and prohibitions, learned and/or projected upon us. Sometimes with some of us, the biggest part of the work is dealing with these erroneous and outdated belief systems as this “inner conflict” become our dragons that serve only to attack our best efforts and intentions. What type of leaders do we want to be? What is our preferred leadership style? When we understand the difference between self-esteem and self-efficacy, when we are able to define self-esteem and it’s close cousin self-respect, when we know self- confidence is about DOING, women will change and transform into powerhouses and become the driving force of productivity and progress.Learning the difference between ego identification and value identification. Learning never to compromise our value or sell ourselves short. Learning to design value propositions without apology or self-doubt.
